A dump truck is a special type of vehicle that can transport materials over short distances with a tipping hopper. There is a "bucket" shaped container installed on the vehicle body that can be flipped for easy unloading. At present, common dump trucks consist of a hopper and a walking underframe. The hopper is installed in the front of the tire walking chassis and tilts and unloads the material using the gravity or hydraulic cylinder thrust of the material inside the hopper. Due to the fact that tipping and unloading are mainly driven by hydraulic cylinders, the tilting angle of the hopper is limited, and it cannot be flexibly adjusted within a certain angle range based on the actual loading situation, which cannot ensure that the material is completely dumped, thereby affecting work efficiency.
